Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays may occur during high-volume periods. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight shipping is available only within the continental United States. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues.

• U.S. Territories

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Canada Orders (Fulfilled by Amazon)

We accept orders from Canada; however, all Canadian orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon. Shipping, tracking, duties, taxes, returns, and delivery are handled by Amazon, and all inquiries must be directed to Amazon customer support.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by Beyond Da’Core™, and a prepaid return label will be provided.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• No free returns- except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.
